When you’re trying to conceive (TTC), it seems as though EVERYTHING is baby.
You attract pregnant women; newborn outfits throw themselves into you path; strollers jet out in front of your car; even mailers you get are about babies.
This is a mailer I got from a bank recently:
Needless to say, it’s going in the recycle bin.
But I am trying to stay positive.
My best friend is pregnant and I’m over the moon with excitement for her. It’s her first and it took them one try (do I curse them, CLARIFICATION: am I jealous of them, well, maybe a little). And I have lots of other friends who are having babies. In fact, as I was writing this, I got an email birth announcement.
Our day will come, and until it does, I will just notice every single pregnant woman.
